T-Mobile G1 on Wal-Mart for $98.88

If you’re still looking to pick up a T-Mobile G1, then you better check out this deal we have found. Wal-mart are now selling the G1 for a super cheap price of $98.88 with a 2 year contract.

As reported from AndroidCentral, this seems to be a similar trend, as Apple offered a lower price and better deals on the iPhone 3G recently, presumably to make way for the next iteration of the iPhone. Could this be evidence that more Android handsets are on the way soon?

Back to the deal though, and its a good price considering that the phone currently retails for $179.99. AndroidCentral points out though that if you are not a fan of Wal-mart, you’ll still be able to find the G1 from Amazon, priced at $97.99.
