New Apple iPhone: Magnetometer and Compass App
By: Alan Ng | May 8, 2009 | Leave a CommentSome latest images obtained over at BGR, suggest that we could be seeing a Magnetometer App in the next version of the Apple iPhone. There are two leaked images and they point to the Magnetometer being built into the hardware somehow.
If you head over to BGR here, you’ll be able to view the images they have managed to acquire. The images show the ability to turn off a compass option in one of the debugging menus.
They seem to think over at BGR that this feature is more or less confirmed, so you can add this addition to the new iPhone.
