Motorola Calgary: companies first Android smartphone
By: Alan Ng | May 1, 2009 | Leave a CommentAndroid smartphones are becoming more and more popular with the public ever since the release of the G1. It has been strongly rumoured that Motorola want in on the action too as their Motorola Calgary phone is set to become their first Android smartphone.
As reported from PhonesReview, the Motorola Calgary looks to feature a futuristic style slide-out QWERTY keyboard similar to that from the Motorola RAZR phones.
PhonesReview also state that the phone could be heading to the Verizon Wireless network, but this has yet to be officially confirmed.
What do you make of the Motorola Calgary so far? Would you pick this up if it came equipped with the Android OS?
