Apple Media Pad: Specs Wishlist

Earlier, we reported about the breaking news of two new devices that Apple are reportedly planning for release. One of those was a smaller iPhone, while the other was a Media Pad tablet device. We have a question for you: What specs would you like to see on this new Media Pad?
Speculation on Apple’s new Media Pad device is sure to hot up now as everyone waits for an official announcement from Apple regarding the two hot gadgets.
No solid specs have been released for the device yet, but its pretty certain that the device will allow features such as music, photos, video, HD support and maybe even a touchscreen as well.

This would be great. If this mediapad could some alive, then it will be a striking answer to the existing netbooks (provided Apples watches the cost factor)
What I want this MediaPad to be is a personal computer, running a lighter Mac OS, Multi-touch enabled, Must include the APPStore and the ability to download apps similar to iPhone/Touch
Also, a couple of USB ports, Wifi, Ethernet Port, a Webcam/Mic (Bluetooth would be a good addition too.)
I think when I mention it as being a Personal Computer with OS, these features should come as standard:
A media player that plays Audio and Video files (iTunes will work perfectly fine for this)
Ability to download files from the internet
Ability to install third party programs like RealPlayer, etc.
Flash Support
I don’t know the technical jargon, but I’d be very interested in a product of that size that allowed me to:
1. Read, highlight and mark up downloaded pdf documents.
2. View documents either in e-ink or by backlit LCD. (My son’s XO laptop has this functionality, so I know it’s possible.)
3. Record customer interviews and enter interview notes simultaneously.
4. Surf the web.
5. Play PowerPoint and KeyNote presentations.
6. Manage email, contacts, “to do” lists, enter timesheets, etc.
7. Play music and videos.
8. Review and edit Microsoft Office documents and spreadsheets.
I want a StarTrek-style PADD!
