Uncharted 2 PS3 multiplayer beta when you purchase InFamous

We wrote to you last week about an upcoming ‘electrifying’ announcement from Sony that is expected at some point today. Well, the info could have been leaked a little early thanks to BestBuy, as they have revealed some big news regarding those very two games, inFamous and Uncharted 2.

As the image from Joystiq above suggests , those who pre-order inFamous from Best Buy will not only get access to a downloadable demo, but also access to the Uncharted 2 Mutiplayer Beta. We say that sounds like a pretty ‘electrifying’ annnouncement, dont you?

You would think this is what Sony is planning to announce, or something very similar we’d imagine. What a smart move though, to boost the popularity of inFamous, while giving customers a sniff of one of the most awaited titles of the year in Uncharted 2.

Still though, Sony might elaborate on the details further so we’ll have to wait and see as to what their announcement entails.
