Palm Pre Release News: Moscone Launch Rumor Smashed

After our recent updates on the Palm Pre release date, It was thought that there might be a date and event set for the big unveiling of the Pre, but this has later been confirmed to be false.
As a post over at Everythingpre reports, There is a ‘Corporate Event’ taking place at Moscone West for May 27th-28th. At the time, there was no reports of a company being involved for this event, leading to the speculation that we could be getting a release date for the Pre.
However, this rumour has now turned out to be false as it’s now been confirmed that the event taking place is Google I/O 2009.

Local rep told me with confidence the release is end of May. His training is scheduled for May as well.
