Palm Pre Development Services from EffectiveSoft

It has been announced that EffectiveSoft Company, who are based in Eastern Europe, are announcing new development services for the Palm WebOS mobile platform.

As taken from PressReleases, this move is expected to be a success just like Apple’s iPhone or Android based devices.
