Batman: Arkham Asylum - Play as Joker, exclusive download only on PS3

We can confirm to you that you’ll be able to play as The Joker in the upcoming Batman: Arkham Asylum game, which is set for release in June. The Joker will be a free character download from the Playstation store and is exclusive to the Playstation 3.

As reported from VG247, Eidos and Warner Bros. have officially confirmed the news, so this is definately happening. It’s worth pointing out though, that Joker will only be playable in the game’s Challenge Maps, so he won’t be recieving his own campaign, just to let you know.

Great news for Playstation 3 owners planning on picking up the game, especially since it will be a free download. Let us know what you think.
