Microsoft Windows 7 RC 1: Will you download?

PC users cannot get enough of all the recent news about Microsoft Windows 7 RC 1, and the latest news that we reported was that this Release Candidate would be ready for download on May 5. So we now know the release date thanks to someone letting slip at Redmond, the question is, will you download Microsoft Windows 7 RC 1?

It seems that Microsoft did not want us to know about this launch date, the news was posted in error and has now been removed from its website. Let us hope that more details are leaked soon, surely they will let us know officially when Microsoft Windows 7 RC 1 is ready for download.

Will you be one of those eagerly waiting for the download, I am a little skeptical about these downloads, I think I would wait until the full Windows 7 operating system is released, that way you do not get any surprises.

  1. Tommy says:

As stable as the Beta has been I think that the RC will be just fine.

  2. I was using XP ut then got a new machine with Vista on it…. After a MS Update Vista crashed BIG TIME, (BSOD), it would not reboot to Vista, and even the recovery disk could not fix it, (repair).

I’am using XP again as his works well :)

I like Vista Graphics + Media Center and a few other things but I need a computer to work, (some programs I have for XP fail in Vista).

I hope that W7 fixes the issues with Vista. I may try W7 soon when I want to update from XP.
