Nintendo Wii MotionPlus Release Date: June 8
Filed under: Gaming, Nintendo Wii

The Nintendo Wii MotionPlus accessory was due for a release date in June, but Alan mentioned in a recent post that the release date was still up in the air. Thankfully, USA Today has revealed that the device will be released on June 8.
Nintendo tell us that the Wii MotionPlus accessory will deliver more precise motion control. There is one problem with this though, the first game to support the add-on “Electronic Arts’ Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10.” Will not be released until 8 days after, June 16.
Nintendo’s seqel to Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort will also support the new device and will be released on July 26. You can purchase the Wii Remote accessory for $19.99, or purchase the device as part of a game package for $49.99.
Nintendo state that the MotionPlus add-on will track a player’s arm position and orientation more accurately, let us hopes that this improves my bowling.
