New iPod Touch games apps: 2XL Supercross, Number Rumble

More and more games are being made available for the iPod Touch and the iPhone original and 3G. Two of the latest games apps are 2XL Supercross by 2XL Games Releases and LeapFrog’s Number Rumble. Both are now available from Apple’s iTunes App Store.

Phones Review tell us that 2XL Supercross will unleash the full potential of gaming on the iPod Touch and iPhone, thanks to some realistic 3D physics, cutting edge graphics and authentic engine audio. Tracks on the game have been designed by Supercross champion Stephane Roncada. 2XL Supercross costs £4.99.

Cnet News reports that more than two-thirds of Americans are not good at math, so something needs to be done about it. Leapfrog might just have the answer with a new app for the iPhone and iPod Touch called “Number Rumble.” This is the first in a series of new learning games, which allows you to take full advantage of multitouch technology.
