Palm Pre Release in May: Sprint vacation ban

We have seen it before with the Apple iPhone release, and now we are seeing it again with the Palm (NASDAQ:PALM) Pre release. What we’re talking about is vacation bans for employees.

You may have heard the rumor before that Sprint employees have the Palm Pre for training, and now we are hearing from Engadget that Sprint has stopped retail employees from taking a vacation in May 2009.

You can take that whatever way you wish to read it, but from past experiences this means a big launch for the month of May. It does not take much to guess that this has to be the Palm Pre, although that’s not official.
