PS3 Killzone 2: New ‘Retro’ Map pack coming – Your thoughts?

Following on from the big announcement of two new Killzone 2 maps on the way at the end of April, Guerilla Games also revealed that a second map pack is already in works and on the way afterwards.

The big question though is, What will the second map pack involve? Hermen Hulst from Guerilla Games didn’t want to reveal too much, but he did let out the word ‘Retro’ when talking about the second map pack.

Heads then jump to Killzone 1 and the possibility of having some of those maps included into Killzone 2, or maybe even some elements from Killzone: Liberation on the PSP.

It looks likely though that Killzone 1 will be involved though in the second map pack, as when quizzed by the interviewer if his words ‘Retro’ was in relation to Killzone 1, Hulst replied, ‘Exactly!’.
