The LG Arena KM900 was first seen back at the Mobile World Congress in February, and most agreed that it had a cluttered and unnecessarily overwhelming 3D S-Class interface. Slash Gear summed it upped easy for us; it is a poor Apple iPhone 3G clone.
Those who tried out the KM900 remarked at how nice the design and animations were, and the 5-megapixel performed very well. The media player is a great bonus feature and certainly works well, and the added benefit of Dolby Mobile works like a dream.
Where the LG Arena KM900 stumbles is how slow the display responds, and the GUI can sometimes become overwhelming, it seems that LG have packed too many options into the system. The Arena KM900 seems to try too hard, those widgets are cumbersome, and the web browser is sluggish.
The LG KM900 Arena has been given 7 out of 10, which is not that bad, but with a new Apple iPhone on the horizon, the handset is about 6 months too late.

I have looked at both of the phones and i think that the Arena is a much better phone.
i think the iphone is better as the arena has been “rushed” into creation
