Silent Scope: New screenshots for iPhone game

We wrote yesterday about the surprising announcement of retro shooter Silent Scope for the Apple iPhone. Today, Konami have released a bunch of screenshots for the game and they basically look a lot like the original 1999 game.

There are nine of them in total, provided to us from VG247. Visually, they look exactly the same as the original title, we’re not sure if thats a good or bad thing.

There must of been a lot of interest in Metal Gear Solid Touch for Konami to announce this so soon after it’s release. We’re pretty sure this game will follow the ‘point and click’ gameplay that occured in MGST. Whether you rated Metal Gear on the iPhone or not, gaming fans and iPhone owners might just pick up this game anyway due to the fact that it was a classic all those years ago and we all love a bit of retro goodness now and again, dont we?
