By: Peter Chubb | April 6, 2009 | Leave a CommentThere have been rumors of a new Archos 2 flash player, and a few shots of the device have shown up on the Internet today. There has also been some information of the Archos 4. The Archos 2 player is now up on Amazon and you can pre-order the device for $59.99.
The price above is for the 8GB version; there is also a microSD expansion and a 1.8-inch 128 x 160 screen. The small device measures just .35-inch thick. A 16GB version has appeared on Amazon’s French website and has a price tag of €68 ($92), we are not certain when it will make it onto the US Amazon website.
There is more mystery surrounding the Archos 4 personal media player, we do know that it will have a 4-inch screen and a choice of 16 to 32GB storage.
