BlackBerry App World: RIM pull Wattpad

It was only a few days ago that we posted some news about “Wattpad on BlackBerry App World” and how this new application seemed to be the YouTube for Ebooks.

Today we have had an Email directly from Wattpad explaining that their App has been pulled from Research In Motion’s (RIMM) App World. The reason they gave was “it was pulled by RIM while they are investigating the UGC nature of the app”.

Wattpad went on to say that they are working with the App World team and hope to restore availability of Wattpad on App World soon. In the meantime you can download this application directly by pointing your BlackBerry browser to m.wattpad.com.
