The MSI Wind Top AE1900 was first seen at Cebit, but now the touchscreen device has been officially launched. The nettop comes with a 19-inch 16:9 LCD screen, and hiding behind that is an Intel Atom 230 CPU and up to 2GB of RAM.
Engadget has been looking at more of the specs and tell us that the MSI Wind Top AE1900 will also have a 160GB hard drive, DVD re-writer and a 1.3 megapixel webcam. The computer also comes with Wi-Fi, a 4-in-1 card reader and 4 USB ports.
One of the best features of the AE1900 is that MSI claims that it will only use 45 watts of power when in full operation. If this turns out to be true, then it will be one of the most energy efficient PCs on the market. As yet there is no word on a price or a shipping date.
