Safari Tab Closer: Close iPhone browser tabs fast

Before you get too excited about this latest application, I have to warn you that it is only available for jailbroken iPhones and iPhone 3Gs. The Safari Tab Closer is a utility that will install through Cydia, and will close all tabs that you have open in Safari with just the tap of the screen.

IntoMobile are not happy, they say that jailbroken phones get all the fun apps, and I have to agree with them. Once the software is installed, all you have to do is tap and hold the tabs icon in the lower right corner of the iPhone Safari browser. The Safari Tab Closer app then prompts to see if you wish to close all tabs or to cancel.

If you wish to have this app on your jailbroken iPhone then start Cydia and search for “Safari Tab Closer.” If you have not jailbroken your iPhone and are thinking of doing so, then just remember to read up on it first, and remember if you have any trouble with your iPhone, Apple will not even consider talking to you.
