PS3’s Final Fantasy XIII will use 100% of power, Xbox 360 drools

As Japanese PS3 owners eagerly await the upcoming demo for Final Fantasy XIII, producer for the game Yoshinori Kitase has said today that the full version of the game will use 100% of the PS3’s power.
As reported from Kotaku, the producer was speaking to magazine Dengeki and stated: “Doesn’t the demo use about 50 percent of its power? Of course, I think the retail version will make use of nearly 100 percent.”
If you didn’t realise by now, the demo for the game was already completed sometime last year and as we told you yesterday and once again reiterated by Kitase, remaining time is to ‘finish up the tail end of the development.’
He also revealed that their won’t be any disc swap issues due to the use of Blu-Ray and the PS3’s hard drive, we wonder what Xbox 360 owners will think of that. We’ll let you make your own conclusions on that one.

what final fantasy XIII was in development for xbox360 at the same time as ps3 it was planed to be cross platform online numbnuts as for which is better xbox 360 version will kick ps3 version ass have you got advent children on import from japan there is a playable domo on the bonus disk and in all honesty it plays like final fantasy XII with better cut sceens

Poor people…they dont see the untapped potential of the PS3 versus a crapBOX…. We’ll see the tables turn when the next gen games come out. Microsoft will be rushing out a new system to keep up with it, PS3 will already be equipped and ready to handle the standard next gen games.
you people argue too much….and over stupid shit too. the ps3 and xbox360 both have the same graphical quality, cept its in diffrent areas, the ps3 s better at producing darker picture and quality, and the xbox is better at lighting effects and ighting quality, ive played both and its been provin search it up. its all up to companys to decide how they wish there game to look and dependent on that is the quality of the game for each console. ps3 has more power in particles and movement due to its processors but xbox360’s owner microsoft has more moeny to pay people to produce better game engines to countor this downside, all in all its what you want in your console that counts cause they both equal to tell you the truth. so quit fighting like 12yr old fanboys.
