HTC Touch Diamond2: Europe Release Date

There have been a number of possible release dates for the HTC Touch Diamond2, Uberphones reports that the phone will be available on April 19 in the UK; other markets will have to wait until May to get their hands on this much anticipated handset.
Expansys.com is showing that the HTC Touch Diamond2 will have a price tag of £424.99, that is about $608, $100 more than the pre-order price. If you are thinking of purchasing one in the UK, it does not look like the HTC Touch Diamond2 will have 3G as it does in the US. The Touch Diamond has already been seen in the wild.
Uberphones is not the best source to rely on when it comes to release dates, but it should be very near that date. Let us hope that before the HTC Touch Diamond 2 hits the market, it is picked up by a carrier and offers a more than reasonable discount.

Of course it’ll have 3G. It’s unthinkable that HTC would launch a phone in the UK without having 3G, especially given the new features it supports, like push web pages etc..
