By: Daniel Chubb | March 31, 2009 | Leave a CommentIt’s hard to believe that we are just about to see CTIA Wireless 2009 start; we can remember the 2008 show like it was yesterday.
This year’s show will be very different thanks to the changing marketplace and also the economic downturn that has finally had an impact on the popular mobile market.
Cnet has posted an article that focuses on this years CTIA Wireless show in Las Vegas, and they explain how cell phone applications will dominate the 2009 event.
After the success of the Apple App Store it’s obvious all the other players will follow. CTIA Wireless 2009 will see all the big players talk “Applications”, from Nokia to Research In Motion and Google to Microsoft. Apps are big business and this show will show just that.
