Cayenne GTS Porsche Design Edition 3

The Cayenne GTS Porsche Design Edition 3 is much like the Boxster S Design Edition 2 and the Porsche Cayman S Design Edition 1, as they are showing us that they can take an already good performing car and make it even better.

Autoblog has been looking through the Porsche press release to see what we can expect from the limited edition Cayenne GTS Porsche. This new model carries on with the trend of the previous models with its special dark striping along the doors and hood, this matches perfectly with the Lava Grey Metallic paint job.

The wheels on the GTS Porsche Design Edition 3 are 21-inch SportPlus, and also sport the same dark color as the car itself. Other features include a roof spoiler and tinted glass, and Porsche Design Edition 3 badging can be seen in a number of places to the exterior.

There are no performance improvements; the Cayenne GTS Porsche Design Edition 3 is all about the looks. The suspension has been lowered and you do get a sporty exhaust system. There are only a 1,000 models being made with prices starting at €79,100 in Europe. The U.S. will get 100 models and will cost $89,900.

Porsche are working on the Panamera, I wonder if there will be a Panamera Porsche Design Edition 4 limited edition model.
