Xbox 360: Gears of War 2 Title Update 3 is now Live

Rod Fergusson, who is Epic Game’s Executive Producer on Gears Of War 2 has said that the Title Update 3 for the game has now gone live on the Xbox 360, bringing with it a whole host of additions and improvements.

We wrote about this update a few days ago as there was also a date released for the upcoming SnowBlind map pack.

Fergusson made a post over on the official Epic forums stating: ”The much anticipated Title Update 3 is out of certification and is going live on March 24th at 2 AM PST/5 AM EST. Please remember it takes a while for the update to propagate so it may take up to several hours after that time before it’s available locally. Also, if you start getting matchmaking connection issues, it means others have the update and you don’t, so please exit the game and fire it up again in order to download the update. Also please note that some of the new achievements require the next map pack “Snowblind” which will be released next week. ”
