Capcom’s Resident Evil 5 top of UK chart for 2nd week

Last week, We asked the question whether Resident Evil 5 would be able to handle the pressure at the top of the UK All-Format charts for more than a week. We have had that swiftly answered as the latest chart figures confirm Capcom’s horror-shooter at the top for the 2nd week running.
It must be especially pleasing for Capcom considering all the criticism aimed towards the game building up to it’s release. This 2nd week on top means that it has achieved what Killzone 2 couldnt, as they were knocked off top spot by Empire: Total War.

Well, there’s no doubt that this horror-inspired game is really amazing. I tried it myself and enjoyed it. Resident Evil 5 deserves the top spot!
