The rumor effect of a new Apple iPhone has already started to generate hype, and that is before Apple (AAPL) has announced any truth to the rumor. All over the Internet, we are reading of what high-tech features Apple will cram into the new iPhone, and one thing that keeps popping up is Multi-core graphics.
This rumor just will not go away, ever since Apple acquired fabless chip design firm PA Semi. Apple has also been doing some hard work on Grand Central technology, this system will allow for more efficient multi-core processing. So add all this up and you get a new iPhone that will support true parallel processing.
There is one problem with this though, it will require more power and that is something that the battery will not be able to handle. Let me rephrase that, the battery could handle it, but will run down much quicker than the poor thing does now.
