Super Talent UltraDrive ME / LE SSDs and Prices

We have known for some time that Super Talent were supplying SSDs for the Asus S101, it is nice to learn that the company are now making solid state drives for us mere consumers. As of yesterday Super Talent were making available a range of UltraDrive ME / UltraDrive LE drives.

Those models that are now available include the 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB UltraDrive LE, as well as 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB UltraDrive ME. The former has a read speed of 230MB/sec and a write speed of 170MB/sec. The latter has a read speed of 200MB/sec and write speed of 160MB/sec.

The UltraDrive ME SSD comes with a 2-year warranty, while the UltraDrive LE comes with a 3-year warranty. The UltraDrive ME priced a are priced as follows $128 (32GB), $205 (64GB), (128GB) and $645 (256GB).
