Guitar Hero: World Tour gets ‘The Touch’ from Transformers

Some great news for fans of Transformers now as it has been revealed that ‘The Touch’, that classic 80′s theme tune from the animated movie will be coming to Guitar Hero: World Tour in the future.

Best of all though, it will be a free download courtesy of Stan Bush, the writer of the song. When speaking to Kotaku, he left a message saying: ” Dear Kotaku fans, Thanks so much for all your support! Because of the overwhelming enthusiasm from fans like you, “The Touch” will soon be available for Guitar Hero! Activision will be offering it as a free download. We did it! ”

However, no details were said about a Rock Band release, but this is great news for Guitar Hero fans anyway. We found this video on YouTube earlier, check it out below. It looks like Stan Bush still has the touch in 2009. Let us know what you think.
