Apple’s iPhone OS 3.0 and those new features

We learnt on Tuesday that the new iPhone OS 3.0 will have 100 new features once it is made available, but Apple (AAPL) only spoke about a few of them. Apple only mentioned the most popular updates, as they were not want iPhone owners wanted.

There is however, a few more gems hidden away one involves Podcast. Hidden away within the Podcast playback screen are a few changes, not major just subtle ones that Apple failed to mention. The changes do look to be good, but not as worthy a mention like copy and paste and MMS.

Some of the new features include to the top left of the screen a new mail icon, it is assumed that this will send someone to the iTunes link. Repeat and Shuffle buttons are gone, there is also a button below the scrubber that allows you to rewind by 30 seconds. To read more about these new features click on the source below.
