Sony PSP store to offer digital comic downloads?

Reports today are suggesting that Sony Computer Entertainment Europe are thinking of releasing more digital comics and graphic novels onto the PSP Playstation Store.

A video over at Joystiq shows just how the concept will work with Sony aiming to offer ‘thousands’ of comics available for download directly from the store.

The most notable release of a digital comic has been Metal Gear Digital Graphic Novel which the majority of people loved. What do you think of Sony’s idea? Is this a feature that you would like to see implemented into the PSP store?
