Fujitsu and NTT DoCoMo announce results of LTE 4×4 MIMO: 120Mbps

The collaboration with Fujitsu (FJTSY) and NTT DOCOMO, INC., (DCM) seems to be going well. The two companies have said that trials of LTE 4×4 MIMO were successful, speeds of around 120Mbps were achieved. This technology is the core standard for high-speed wireless communications.
The tests took place in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan; this Special Ubiquitous Zone is designated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. This is where all testing of wireless communications happen.
LTE is often known as 3.9G wireless, and is the standard for wireless communications that broadband speeds through cell phones. NTT DOCOMO had selected Fujitsu and Fujitsu Laboratories back in 2006, they are to be the developer of their wireless LTE base stations.
