Beep Egg: sings when ready

Eggs are fantastic, they can be cooked in a number of different ways and they are good for you. Eggs are enjoyed by millions of people across the world every day. One of the most popular ways to cook the humble egg is to boil it, but how do you tell whether the egg is cooked before taking it out? Half the time, you open up your egg to find it’s too hard, too soft or not cooked at all! What a waste.

Prezzybox have found the solution to most egg-related woes with the Beep Egg. It’s an egg-shaped device that lives next to your eggs in the fridge (or wherever you keep them) and when it’s time to cook an egg, it just pops into the water alongside its eggy brethren. Through internal heat sensors, the Beep Egg will tell you when your egg is cooked by singing to you. ‘Killing me Softly’ indicates the eggs are soft boiled, ‘I Wish I Was a Hen’ indicates medium boiled and if you prefer your eggs hard boiled, listen out for the ominous classical track more commonly recognized as the intro music for the X-Factor judges.

Now there is no excuse; Rookies, Newbie’s and experienced chefs will all be reaching for this little egg to help them make the perfect egg every time. The Beep Egg is available from www.prezzybox.com for £14.95.
