Beatles game will have unreleased songs

Dhani Harrison, who is the son of George Harrison has revealed that the upcoming videogame, The Beatles: Rock Band will contain unreleased songs and material that no-one has ever heard before.

If you can believe it so far, the story from Cinemablend says that in an interview with Billboard, Dhani Harrison said that the game will include “stuff that has never been heard, never been released.” Just goes to show how much of an impact video games has had on the current industry if one of the greatest bands in the world are releasing fresh and unheard material in a video game.

What do you think about this story? If it’s true, then its going to be a pretty big deal we say. The Beatles: Rock Band is due for release on September 9th, 2009 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii. It is set to feature 45 songs, covering the bands history and career.
