
Panasonic VIERA HDTV’s – 2009 lineup and prices announced

They also give details on VIERA CAST, a premium feature which allows access to HD movie rentals via Amazon Video-on-Demand.
According to the press release, VIERA CAST will be extended to three series of Panasonic models in 2009. These are the Z1, V10 and G10 series and consumers will still be able to access web features such as Google’s YouTube(TM), Picasa(TM) Web Album and Bloomberg.
The Z1 series is their most expensive HDTV on offer and will be available this summer for USD $5999.95. The press release which can be viewed in full here, contains information on the other panasonic series as well as further pricing details.
