Gateway P-7808u FX gaming laptop: Details and Specs

We have some details for you on the Gateway P-7808u FX gaming laptop which is the latest gaming laptop in their series.

The laptop will set you back $1699 and Engadget has written a hands-on review detailing some of the good and bad points about the laptop.

Key features include a 2GHz Core 2 Quad CPU and NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GTS (with 1GB of GDDR3) which is sure to satisfy most of you hardcore gamers out there. Those will churn out some of the latest games with ease. Other notable features include a 5-in-1 multicard reader, HDMI port, triple USB 2.0 plugs and eSATA port.

You will get 4GB of RAM and a 500GB hard drive to play with on this system and Engadget reports that Crysis ‘played like a dream at 1440×900 and 8x anti-aliasing’. Check out more details here
