World’s largest cellphone from Cricket Wireless
By: Peter Chubb | March 11, 2009 | Leave a CommentNot many companies get up one morning and say, I know I am going to break the Guinness record for the world’s largest phone. That is exactly what Cricket have done, by crafting a giant Samsung Messenger from wood, lights and metal.
The giant phone will be officially launched today, but there is some great behind the scenes footage on the video. Engadget do have a sense of humor, they are calling this giant phone “the 8th Wonder Of The World.”
I thought this was just a joke at first, but the video shows that this giant phone is just like a standard giant Samsung Messenger. The phone has all the function, the guy in the video shows you how to make a call, he has to be fit when dialing those numbers.
