Sony’s new massive PS3 marketing campaign

It looks as if Sony have finally got their act together when it comes to marketing their console on television in the form of commercials as they recently increased the amount of video game products on TV during prime time slots.

According to GamingFront, if you were watching TV this past week, you would of seen a Playstation brand advert during 8PM-10PM. These ads were most likely to have been promotion for Killzone 2 or the upcoming MLB game ‘The Show’ as Sony are aiming to promote the game as ‘the most realistic baseball game ever’

Have you noticed an increase in Sony adverts on TV? If you have spotted any, let us know. Over here in the UK, the only ones I have seen is a Killzone 2 one and a Resident Evil 5 one for Xbox 360.

I’ve seen the KZ2 add multiple times here in the States, but, I already have it, so not a big deal. Like the ad though, it’s pretty compelling.
