Laptop data add-on from Alltel
By: Peter Chubb | March 11, 2009 | Leave a CommentIf you are looking to get some of the cheapest laptop EV-DO in the business, then the Alltel Laptop data add on is just what you need. The Verizon division has announced that wireless data will cost you just $40 per month.
The price is $20 cheaper than you normally pay; this is only when added as a second line, making part of a Smart Choice Pack with a voice line. The package gives you EV-DO Rev. A and a choice of three cards.
The bad news is that none of these are ExpressCards but $40 for 3.1Mbps Internet it is worth the sacrifice. Cricket have a cheaper option, just $35 per month, but this is the first time that a national carrier have ever gone this low on their price plan.
