By: Peter Chubb | March 9, 2009 | Leave a CommentPC users are counting down the days until they can finally ditch Windows Vista and upgrade to Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) next Operating System, Windows 7. The software giant is making great progress from Beta to the full release version.
The previous build was 7000 (Beta), but Redmond have been hard at it in order to get Windows 7 Build 7048 into the wild. This latest version will have a host of modifications from the previous Beta launch, such as softening all the rough edges.
Since the launch of the Beta build, Microsoft had received some great feedback as to what other modification is needed for the OS; Windows 7 Build 7048 is thought to include all of them.
