Apple news: Metal Gear Solid Touch – Debut Trailer is Live

We have some good news for Apple iPhone / iPod Touch users and fans of the Metal Gear Solid video games. For those of you who have been keeping a close eye on the upcoming Metal Gear Solid Touch game, we can now tell you that the first Debut Trailer for the game is available to view on the game’s official website.

Konami have set up a fantastic interactive website that will allow you to fiddle around with a virtual hand which moves around the website allowing you to click certain objects which will give you information on some of the games details.

The website is basically a simulation of what it would be like when using either an iPod Touch or iPhone, clever work from Kojima and the boys we say. For those who just want to check out the trailer, you can proceed to this link here.

Apple and Konami have not set a definite release date for the game yet, other than a 2009 release on the iPhone and iPod Touch and we know that the game will be based on the events from Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots. We will keep you update with news as we get it.
