
Nintendo warns us on DSi Christmas shortages
By: Alan Ng | March 3, 2009 | Leave a CommentNintendo has today warned us of the possibility of Nintendo DSi shortages this Christmas. The statement comes after the Nintendo Wii suffered this very problem this past Christmas, so Nintendo want to make sure consumers are fully aware this time around.
The new handheld console is scheduled for a 3rd April release date in the UK and Nintendo GM David Yarnton has been speaking out on the issue, which has been reported by GI.Biz.
In his comments he explained, ” I always advise people to buy early. One of the things that people don’t seem to understand is that factories are producing constantly; they don’t peak and trough.”
