
MLB 2K9 and MLB 09: What Xbox 360 and PS3 baseball games need

With the imminent release of baseball titles MLB 2K9 and MLB 09 in the US, gamers and fans of the sport hoping to pick up either copy should have a read of the story.
Its a fair comment to say that the baseball video game genre only has a select following with PS3 and Xbox 360 owners. The article, which you can read in full here explains some of the reasons why previous games have suffered in relation to games sales and states ideas to improve the series in the future.
With a lot of emphasis towards the role of the ‘batter’ in the games, IGN have done a great job on highlighting some of the current issues in the game.
