Killzone 2 PS3 Controls, Guerrilla Games and Patch News
By: Peter Chubb | March 3, 2009 | 7 CommentsIt is no secret that gamers have become a little tired of the controls for Killzone 2 on the PS3, as they feel unresponsive. Guerrilla Games have come under a lot of attack from gamers, but the developer is not changing their mind, they state that the game will stay how it is and does not need a patch.
If you have been playing Killzone 2, then you will know that the controls take some time getting used to. Gamers have found a way around this, and that is to go into the settings of the game and turn the sensitivity way up. It is a hard pill to swallow, Guerrilla Games knows that gamers are not happy, and they still ignore their pleas.
Guerrilla Games have been trying to answer why the controls have been made the way they are, and the answer is simple. They state that the game is a more slower and tactical game compared to other first-person shooter games that are fast and require split-second shooting. Killzone 2 is more tactical and focuses on immersion.
This news has closed the door on any patch updates for the game.
