Intel’s 4 New Intel Atom Processors

Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) have introduced to the market four new Atom series processors, which will be used for multimedia Smartphone’s and other wireless devices. Not only has Intel launched these four Z500 series processors, the chip giant has also introduced two system controller hubs.
The Intel Atom chip is used is already used in most netbooks, and following a signed a deal with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co, Intel felt the need to launch these four new CPU’s. These will be used for both commercial and industrial use.
The lineup of Intel’s Z500 processors includes the Z510, Z510P, Z530 and Z530P. These new chips are designed to use less power, which should help with battery life. We should start to see the new Intel Atom Z500 appear in devices in the second quarter of 2009.
