
Sony PS3: Home update plans – What do you want?
By: Alan Ng | March 2, 2009 | 3 CommentsPlaystation Home Community Manager, ‘Ted the Dog’ has today revealed on the official PS3 Home forums that they have a detailed list of updates and features that they plan to implement into PS3 Home very soon.
There is a lot of information about the upcoming content which can be read in full here. Ted says that the spaces for Uncharted: Drakes Fortune and Socom: Confrontation are almost ready and they are preparing for release ‘within the next few weeks.’
Content for Street Fighter IV is also on the way too and its good news as Ted’s post states: ”unlockable items are already available in Home and are rewarded for winning online matches in the game.” On top of that, there will also be costumes available for purchase.
Finally, he revealed about Sony’s efforts to solve the In-game music problems and acknowledge the fact that its a feature that many gamers are waiting for. He said that while it is really difficult to solve licensing issues, they are currently locked in talks to allow you to listen to your own music at least, for the time being.
