Nokia Stops Sales of 5800 XpressMusic NAM

It seems as if there is a problem with the Nokia (AMS:NOKA), 5800 NAM. The Nokia Blog thought they would head over to the New York flagship store, but they were told that the Nokia 5800 NAM was no longer available, a result of reported issues.
Those issues would probably have something to do with the fact that owners cannot receive a 3G signal. A sales associate did say that Nokia are doing all they can to understand what the problem is, they are asking for those customers wishing to purchase a Nokia 5800 NAM to leave their number with the store.
The Nokia Blog did ask one of the sales associate if they had sold many Nokia 5800 NAM’s, in which they replied no, as the handset had only been on sale for 7 hours before they stopped selling them. I wonder how many people are still pre-ordering the handsets, even though they know that Nokia have not yet resolved the issue.
