Electronic Arts: ‘There are lots of things you can do with Music’

Electronic Arts COO John Pleasants has said today that the current state of the music genre is an interesting one and revealed that there is ‘lots of things you can do with Music.’

As reported by Gamasutra, his above comments were obviously aimed at the success that Rock Band and Guitar are having at the moment and is keen for Electronic Arts to get themselves a bit of the music pie too.

He said, “There are lots of other things you can do with music, and we’re working on interesting things, and we know our competition is working on interesting things.”

He also had a word to say on the upcoming beatles game which is due to be released sometime this year. He thinks that ”the game is going to be a great business force this year.”
