
Quake Live Beta: The Countdown Has Begun

They are hoping the game, which is set to be able to run on low-end PC’s will revitalize the quick fast-paced action FPS’ and bring them back into the limelight. Is everyone ready for some old school Quake?
As reported from Softpedia, gamers who are interested in participating in the Beta simply need to go the website and sign up. At the moment, there is a countdown in the top right of the website, plus also links for the Beta for Facebook and Twitter. A proper sign up page on the website is expected to appear shortly.
The hardcore shooter will be free for everyone as the game will feature in-game advertising. It is set to use the same core gameplay that was used for Quake III and best of all, with low-end requirement specs it means that most people will be able to participate in the fun.
While the countdown ticks away, only one question remains: Are you ready for the Quake Live Beta? Its FREE , so why shouldn’t you be!
