Yesterday we reported that the Nintendo DSi would be released on the 5th April over in the states. It has now been confirmed that Europe will be recieving the handheld on the 3rd April, which is a welcome change.
If you dont already know yet, the new DSi model is thinner and slightly longer and comes equipped with the DSi camera and SD card slot.
Although Nintendo were yet to state an official retail price for stores in the UK, retailers have already listed it for £149 and will come in a choice of two colours, black and white.

I don’t know why the UK got it before the US. It does make a change though, and we like the introduction of the blue colour. WHen it was released in Japan they were only available in black or white.
Surfers from the US can pre-order their DSi from Amazon.com, and in the UK you can pre-order NOW thru ;
