Nintendo DSi gets April release date for US

Nintendo has today confirmed that they will be releasing the Nintendo DSi in the US on the 5th April. It is also known that the console will sell for around $170 at retail stores.

While this is great for fans who have been waiting in the states, Nintendo did not give any hints on a European release date, so looks like eager fans in Europe will have to wait a little bit longer. Not surprising is it..

NoA sales boss Cammie Dunaway had this to say about the imminent release of the DSi : “Nintendo DSi builds on Nintendo’s commitment to bringing fun and creative entertainment to everyone, and will allow consumers to personalize and share their very own experiences.”
